Refund policy

Returns:
For the times we sell pre-built sabers, you have a 10-day return window, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, 100% unopened, and in its original packaging.

(Only accepted after approval - returns received without approval will be sent back at owners expense)

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, as well as a $30 restocking fee. Any items not received within 2 weeks (14 days) of return will have their refund case closed.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or refund requests for sound fonts. No exceptions.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
