Physical Products:

All in stock items should be shipped in 1-2 weeks and delivered in 3-5 weeks from your order date. Please note that purchased items that have shipped can not be canceled.

In the event you no longer want your product please contact us and we will be happy to accept a return or exchange within 10 days if the product is in unopened, undamaged, and original conditions.

 

Digital Products:

All sound fonts and other digital products are not physically shipped. Instead you will simply receive a download link where you that you can use to collect your product.
